What we use your data for: to reply to you, manage your participation in the community, the gatherings and La Frontera, process patron contributions and, if you ask, tell you about our activities.
Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for patrons, our relationship with you and legal obligations such as the donation certificate (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
How long: for as long as you keep your relationship with us or until you ask us to delete it, and afterwards for the periods set by law.
Who we share it with: we do not pass your data to anyone unless legally required. Some providers, such as web hosting, process it on our behalf under contract and with guarantees.
Your rights: to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@transfronteriza.net. If you feel we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors: if you are under 14, we need the consent of your mother, father or guardian (art. 7 LOPDGDD).
